Just don't do it out of a pipe or water bottle. And At first you kind of get a sore throat. But over all it's not that bad, it doesnt really taste that bad.
It leaves a weird after taste and makes you a little sleepy. But I love the stuff honestly. Its really a recriational drug you don't get stoned or anything.
It makes you tired its not 2 bad. Its a spice! Spice your bud! Last time I made a combination of weed,mint,oregano and salvia, it smells and tastes good, also the salvia makes the trip a little weird and you will get sleepy.
